Rhode Island Flavor
If your from Rhode Island you know that summer and Del’s are synonymous. I’m a classic Del’s lemonade guy, but what goes better with this boutonniere than watermelon on a sunny wedding day?

A passing afternoon thunderstorm kept us on our toes for Kristin and Sergio’s wedding, but the sunset after the shower was worth it…slideshow’s here.
Dianne’s smile, energy, and personality, set the tone for the entire day. That perfect little French cut veil, and oh, the pinwheels!, Photo stops throughout Newport, and the final stop, Oceancliff put this wedding over the top. See for yourself- the slideshow starts here.
We shot this session a few weeks back, as a bridal session, but it felt more like a fashion shoot for advertising. Because it was a bridal we had to keep it under wraps ’til the wedding but I could hardly wait to show off Sarah fabulous pix! Belle Mer was our location, and it’s South Beach flavor made for some gorgeous shots. From bling to shoes Sarah’s taste was impeccable. Slideshow.
I was in Boston last week for this session with Dianne and Dennis. Super shots by the State House and the Swan boats of course. It’s tough to choose but you know I’m biased towards the Starbucks pic. We barged in to the shop around the corner from their apt, collecting lattes and images from a spot where they have shared many a conversation over a cup, by the window…slideshow
Kayla and Justin visited from New York this Friday. Justin is tall so I was literally on my toes for a few shots. The light was perfect, and the weather felt like a summer day in June. A great session. Watch for the wedding at Belle Mer later this season…here’s the show.
Not every day is a sunny day, nor does it have to be. Lisa and Tyler’s day at the beach delivered one of my favorite pix. It was almost a miss- these are usually the best ones. It just has that feel to it…
The Viking Hotel was opened in 1926 to accommodate guests of Newport’s elite while attending gala parties at the mansions along Bellevue Ave. This weekend’s wedding included a fun intimate ceremony at the hotel’s adjacent Kay Chapel and a stop a Salve for portraits before returning to the famed Bellevue Room for the celebration. Classic Newport! View the slideshow

After a week of march winter weather, the sun burned bright on this beautiful wedding in Newport. I have photographed a few events for the family, and it was a pleasure to see everyone again. The bride and groom were as warm and enjoyable as this first day of spring and we came away with a great set of images. Mark was shooting video for this event and will be bringing you a nice little cinema trailer for this event soon. For now, here’s a little slideshow to watch.
